Community Projects Cost_Time:
The board is in discussion about priority maintenance projects throughout the community; specifically what they will cost and how they will be funded over the next 5 years. These discussions are scheduled for the October board meeting and the information will be included with the annual report and proposed budget being sent to homeowners in the coming months.
