Members Present:

Board Decisions:

A.    Discussed Treasurer’s Report & Separate Bank Accounts

   Motion:  Board approved cancelling bank account created for special assessments.  Monies to be transferred into Reserve Account.

B.      Discussed Delinquency Report for Special Assessments.

Motion:  Board gave Property Manager approval to write-off three (3) accounts deemed uncollectable, i.e., bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale.

C.     Adding Additional Lighting in Carport Areas

Motion:  Board approved adding lighting over each bay in all carports.  Donnie Hightower will perform the work.

D.    Termites in 3634 Laundry Room have been treated. Contracted cost was $300.00, which includes annual inspection of that area for the next three (3) years.
