About us...

Founded in 1978 by A. Mishkin and W. Briggs, Monterosa Homeowners’ Association (MHOA) is backed with 32 years of management experience. The complex addresses are: 3631, 3646-8, 3637, 3701, 3702, and 3711.
Monterosa Homeowners’ Association provides PRESERVATION OF THE INTEGRITY OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS.

The Board of Directors is elected at our annual meeting. Currently there are 6 members representing the six condominium complexes that line Monterosa Street and make up MHOA.

Officers of the 2010 MHOA Board of Directors are:

Secretary: Garin Groff
Representatives-at-Large: Jay Friedman and Sandra Draus.

Our members also maintain active involvement in the Arcadia West Neighborhood Association, an organization
that represents the square mile surrounding MHOA. Our Association is listed as a Neighborhood Association with the City of Phoenix. Development of this website was funded by a 2005-06 block watch grant. The Neighborhood Security Center will continue to be used throughout the year to conduct workshops. Training and scheduling of the Neighborhood Patrol will also continue as an ongoing growth opportunity.
